Bea first joined Varsity back in 1996 as a single, new to Calgary and Canada. She met her husband here, got married back in her home country and then moved to Thailand to serve with Wycliffe Bible Translators in administration and finance. In 2020 they moved back to Calgary where they are making Varsity Bible Church their home church. Bea joined the staff in December 2025 to help out with the bookkeeping side of things.
