Dominican Republic Family
Mission Trip
- February 2010
Our team left February 10, 2010 to go down to
the Dominican Republic. The family trip will focus on
children’s camps (Feb. 10-17th), followed by other projects for those who
will be staying on for longer. Updates coming soon.
Water Baptism in the DR
On Sunday,
March 29th, 2009 the church family at El Camino headed up to the river for a
baptism service. Celebrating these professions of faith, the church
family also enjoyed food, fellowship, singing, and splashing in this day at
the river.
It
was indeed a celebration as the church body would sing and shout in support
of those who were publicly professing their faith as followers of Christ.
We are
excited to see how God is drawing people to himself through the body of
believers here in our community. Thank you for standing with us in
prayer–that we may be the fragrance of the the knowledge and hope of Christ
in our community!
